ACI's 2nd National Forum on Virtual & Digital Currency and Payment Systems

Jay Postma, CAMS, President of MSB Compliance Inc. was pleased to attend and speak at ACI's 2nd National Forum on Virtual & Digital Currency and Payment Systems held in New York, NY on November 20-21, 2014.  MSB Compliance has performed significant work in the space on behalf of numerous industry leaders as well as in assisting smaller startups.  It was a pleasure meeting with the many friends and colleagues present and in making new friends.  Excellent information was shared on numerous topics.

Mr. Postma participated in a detailed panel discussion titled "Digital and Virtual Currencies and FinCEN: A Comprehensive Breakdown of the Agency's Interest and Oversight in the Space."  Additional participants in the panel were:  Marco A Santori, Chair, Regulatory Affairs Committee, The Bitcoin Foundation; Marilyn Barker, The Law Offices of Marilyn Barker; Veronica McGregor, Hogan Lovells LLP; and, Joseph E.
