MSB Georgia Association 2007 Annual Conference

Jay Postma, CAMS, President of MSB Compliance Inc. presented at the August 2008 annual conference of the MSB Georgia Association.

Mr. Postma presentation was titled "Protect Yourself and Your Business. Manage Your Banking Relationship."  The BSA requirements applicable to MSBs were discussed as were various key requirements applicable to entities licensed by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.  Participants learned how to better identify and manage risk and guided on how to build and maintain better banking relationships while maintaining a profitable, compliant business.
